General rules

1. Points cannot be combined between different memberships/accounts

2. Points are non-transferable between members

3. No cash value or cash back for points

4. Points required must be available in full at time of booking

5. No partial point redemptions allowed

6. No points are awards if renewal is not done within 10 calendar days of renewal

7. Full points are assigned only when full amount is purchased. If discount is claimed , then points are proportional: For eg: 50% discount means 50% points only - Normal swimming pool rate is 1800 & 30 points is rewarded. If pool is bought for 900INR based on redemption of 450 point offer, then 50% discount is applied both on price and on points i.e. 15 points is rewarded.

Booking & Usage Rules

1. Valid membership required at time of redemption AND usage

2. Booking must be made by primary member only

3. Member must be present during the entire duration of facility use

4. ID verification required at check-in

5. No reselling or transfer of booked slots

6. Management reserves right to check proper usage

Cancellation Policy

​

1. Cancellations less than specified time forfeit points

2. No-shows result in forfeit of points and 1-week suspension from point

redemption

3. Rescheduling allowed once per booking with 12hrs notice

Personal Training Package

Rules

1. Package must be activated within 30 days of redemption

2. Missed sessions count against total

3. 24hr cancellation notice required for sessions

4. Cannot be combined with other PT promotions

5. Non-transferable between members

6. Trainer allocation subject to availability

1. Not valid during:

◦ Club maintenance days

◦ Tournament days

Administrative Rules

◦ Cancel bookings for club events

◦ Verify proper usage

2. Disputes will be resolved by management

 

3. Misuse of system may result in:

◦ Point forfeit

◦ Redemption privilege suspension

◦ Membership review

 

Validity & Limitations

3. Peak hour restrictions may apply

4. Advance booking recommended
